本郷三丁目からほどちかいこちらのうどん屋さんにきてみた。
青い看板が目立つのですぐ判りました。
カウンターのみ小さなお店で見た目の雰囲気はトンボさんと似てる。
券売機でうどんを購入。
種類が多すぎて戸惑うがお目当てのとり天冷やがけを探しあてポチっ。
天かす生姜の有無を聞かれたのちうどんが到着。
揚げ物は注文が入ってから揚げトレイで提供される。
とり天は唐揚げのようでしっかり火がとおりジューシー。
角がたった麺はチェーンよりこしが強くモギュっとした食感に食べ応えがあり、味もいい。
出汁も関西風でいい塩梅。
大盛りにしましたがあっという間に完食。
うまかったなぁ。
コスパも味も良くしかも早い！こんな店に通いたい。
