オーナー、店長が店頭で麺を切っていた頃からもう何度通ったかわからないが、個人的には都内最良のうどん屋さん。
とくに冷たいうどんの麺が喉越し良く、出汁は滋味深く、天ぷらは熱くパリッとし、全体に隙がない。
小麦の変更や手切りをやめたことを批判する向きもあるが、私としてはその前後を通して味を落とさず安定感についてはむしろ高めていることを高く評価している。
ここ最近朝営業がないのが寂しい。
