■うす口出汁のうどん: ちくわ天&鶏天1ケ、生のりかけ 冷並 690円
はじめに結論: めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！
本郷三丁目交差点から本郷通りを南へ50mくらいの場所にありました。立ち食いカウンターのみのシンプルなお店です。
食券を買って、それで自動注文されていて、番号で声かけされましたが、カウンターに立った時点で立ち位置の場所もスタッフの方は認識されています。
いやはや、食べたら美味いのなんのって。しっかり硬めでコシの強い讃岐うどんですね。うす口出汁を注文したのですけど、これで正解。塩分控えめでも出汁がしっかりしていて、味がめちゃくちゃ美味いんです。海苔もいい仕事しますね。それで、揚げたてで出されたちくわ天と鶏天もサクサク食感もよく中の味が染み出してくるが如くのおいしさで、こちらも大満足。
いやぁ、来てよかったなぁ。
