シカゴ風ピザの
ペペロニピザ＋ポテト １650円
ドリンク＋100円
シカゴ風ピザは
20年以上前に
シカゴで
世界の歩き方で紹介されていた店を伺ったときの印象ものと違いますね
どちらかと言えば、
タルト、キッシュ系に近い感じの生地だったんですよね。
ただ、それ以外は、曙みたいな大柄のアフリカ系の男性店員に
食べきれないのを笑われた記憶しかなく、味は忘れました
まぁ、本場かどうかは知りませんが
ソースをたっぷりして、それとバランスを合わせるために
チーズも増してるので
全体的に普通のピザよりしょっぱいです。
もしかしたら、
ソースをラタトゥイユっぽくしたり
マカロニを入れて高さの嵩上げしつつ
塩分を少なめにする方法にしたほうが
食べ物としてのバランスは良くなるかも。。。
