There is no wait for Saturday dinner time. Maybe everyone else in my family was from overseas? ? That said, the reason why it doesn't feel like you're away at all may be due to the soft-spoken and "Japanese" customer service of the store staff. Smile. The store's specialties are its ``uniquely arranged Chicago pizza'' and ``craft beer.'' Personally, I have an impression that American pizza is somehow junky...but the chewy dough, rich in flavor and sweetness from wheat, easily overturns that image. It's true that the moisture is gross. The ``Super Meat'', which has homemade BBQ pork piled on top of the above-mentioned dough, is particularly filling and satisfying. I would love to try other menu items as well. Furthermore, the booklet placed on the table describes the restaurant's specialties, so it is a must-read before your meal.
