池袋時代、本郷時代から、久方ぶりの訪問。居酒屋大虎の２階になってからは初。
２階に上がって、まず目につくのは無煙ロースター。そして、鉄鍋ではなく、使い捨てのステンレスジンギスカン鍋。衛生がうるさい昨今では、こちらが嬉しい人は少なくないだろう。
いつも通り、まずは生ラム肩ロース。相変わらずの肩ロースは厚切り。肉の旨味が噛むごとにジュワっとうまい。柔らかくて分厚いラムは、肉食ってるなー！という実感がある。
そして、生ラム。こちらも優しい風味で美味い。
生ラムを食ってると、この値段で、この肉が食えていいのか？と疑念が湧くほどだ。
そして、忘れちゃいけないのが馬刺し。とにかく柔らかい。個人的に、脂がないからこそ美味いと思う。この柔らかい馬刺しは都内屈指だ。
個人的には干物も美味い。醤油干しのフグ、肝入のイカ、酒が進む進む。
はー腹いっぱい！
今夜も店の心意気を感じさせる旨さだった。
