タッカンマリ。って何？ とチコちゃんに問われてどう答えましょう。私もこのお店のメニューを読んで初めて知りました。
さて久しぶりに肉そばを食べようと春日に来てみましてがビルの2階にも飲食店があることを知って階上へ。しかし飲食店は一軒のみ、韓国料理のお店でした。
厨房からオーナーシェフが迎えて下さり、店内ではスタイルの良い綺麗なお姉さんが給仕してくれます。おお、韓流美人。なぜかこちらが緊張しますね。しかしシェフの呼ぶお名前で日本人とわかりました。まだ慣れない店内での動作にマッコリ…いやほっこりします。たぶんオーナーも韓国系ではなさそうです。
サイトによると看板メニューはポッサムや手作り純豆腐スンドゥブチゲなど豊富なパンチャン（家庭のおかず）です。
さて、タッカンマリの話。メニュー表に書いてありました。タッカンマリの「タツ」は鷄、「ハンマリ」は一羽、だそうです。つまり鶏一羽の料理。なるほど。そのタッカンマリもすごく美味しそうです。
また「フェ」とはお刺身のこと。韓国風お刺身があるそうです。やはり夜に来てお酒と楽しむべきお店かもしれません。
●「ヤンニョムチキン 定食」¥890（税込）
そんな中、推しメニューを退けて私が選択したのはこれ。このお店の魅力を感じるならこれじゃないんでしょうねえ。と少し後悔しながらも、この後の仕事を考えると辛いもので汗をかくわけにもいかず時間かけてお腹いっぱい料理を食べているわけにもいかず、でこれにしたわけです。
でもこれで良かったです。鷄、美味しいですね。ソースも酸味を抑えた酢豚のような、奥に甘みもあるし辛味もある、ご飯によく合うおかずです。まさに韓国家庭料理。
ご飯もホクホク。この辺は日本人の心をしっかりおさえています。
韓国や台湾の食堂って、銀の太い箸が多いですよね。なぜでしょう。先が太いと食べづらいです…。
スープが美味しいです。甘いスープ、これ何味でしょうか。鷄出汁クリーム？のような、とても気味の良い味わいです。これだけでも売れそうです。
ごちそうさまでした。シェフ、美味しかったです。お姉さん、これからも永く看板娘として頑張ってください。お願いします。
夜ですね、ここは。複数人でお邪魔していろいろシェアするのが正解でしょう。美味しい韓国料理でした。
