Light bibimbap
I went for lunch on a weekday. At around 13:45, I entered the store by myself without waiting. I ordered the bibimbap set meal. Six kinds of toppings and a hot spring egg are served on top of the rice. I love that it comes with a small plate of gochujang. It's unusual to have shiitake mushrooms as an ingredient. Maybe not, these shiitake mushrooms are delicious. Also, the rice is cooked hard. Even when the ingredients are mixed together, the texture still stands out and it feels very good. The seasoning of the ingredients was overall light and had an elegant taste. It's luxurious, and it's delicious. Perhaps it was because most of the customers were gone by the time I left, but when I put down my chopsticks, a staff member stood at the front nearby to clean up, so I took a sip of tea and left. Maybe I should have gone a little earlier. Thank you for the meal.

I made a reservation and went on a weekday night. For 2 people. I ordered an additional appetizer to the Takanmari course. It was my first time to eat takkanmari. It's very rich and contains potatoes, so it's quite filling. The staff cut up the chicken for me. This soup has a good stock from the whole chicken and tastes good for the body. The last ojiya is also quite delicious. Also, Seafood pancake is crispy and delicious. It's thick and moist inside. As time went on, the crispiness faded, so it was better to eat it all while it was still hot. I was pretty full. I guess the extra appetizers were a waste. Although I was full, I never got tired of eating the takkanmari. Thank you for the meal.
