★3.41★ ランチでリーズナブルな定食から、夜は本格的な鍋料理まで〜頂けるオシャレな店舗家賃が高そうなお店ですヨ〜笑笑
伺ったのは月曜日13:30頃、お一人様です。
前々から気になってBMしておりましたが、90%以上女性のお客様なので、なかなかオッサン一人は照れがありましたヨ♬
もう直ぐ愛知県の自宅に戻るので〜今日はランチ終わりにコッソリ訪問してみました。
あちゃー！店内は老若女性ばっかり〜奥の方に男性発見するもジェンダーレスな感じ〜笑笑
ガッツリオッサンの登場にどよめく事もなく、静かにお店の隅っこの二人席に着座ですヨ
お願いしたのは、「タッカンマリカルグッククス」
=コラーゲンたっぷり鶏半羽うどん1,480円
ニンニクの有る無しを聞かれ、内勤なので「もちろん入れて下さい」と回答。この方が絶対美味しいネ！
10分程度で提供されました♬
おお〜鶏さんが半分入ってるビジュアルは最高！
韓国料理の金属器も少し豪華な感じ〜それがこのお値段で頂けるとは、コスパ抜群ですね！
スープは濃厚だね〜天下○品のスープを上品に濃くした感じです♪バカうま〜求めてた濃厚スープだ！
鶏さんはお箸でサクサク崩れる仕上がり、スープに浸しながら頂くと〜激ウマ！
味変に甘いコリアンダーの入った韓国ソースも美味いね〜ワクワクします。
うどんという名の少し太めの平たい麺は「ずんだれ」=博多ラーメン「魁龍」で言われる=よく茹でたラーメンの事。お腹に優しい感じです♪
付け合わせに「もやしナムル」と「白菜キムチ」が付いてきます。
デフォルトを堪能した後、コチジャンをドバーっと入れて味変！更に、付け合わせも入れて、味変オンパレード！途中、白ご飯、最後にオジヤが、脳裏をよぎり欲しくなりましたが〜我慢しました。完食完飲！大満足です♪
愛知県に帰る前に、もう一回リピートとして「スンドゥブ」食べに来たいな〜
