Maybe it's Shan, but I don't know how to read the shop name. This used to be a Chinese Cuisine restaurant, but it is now open as a separate restaurant with a brighter interior. When I looked at the menu, I saw tonkotsu Ramen, and when I looked at the photo, it looked delicious and seemed like it could be enjoyed with a variety of toppings and sets, so when I ordered the tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza / Dumpling set, the native speaker said, ``We don't do tonkotsu.'' I was told this by a store clerk. Did not do…. So what about this menu? I didn't ask about it, but I wonder if it's on the night menu. No, it seems like there are a lot of a la carte dishes at night... so it's a mystery. This kind of thing is really shocking. For me, choosing the order is the most enjoyable part of eating out. Other than the tonkotsu Ramen, the menu is almost the same as the previous restaurant. The owner and chef may be open without major replacements. It was also stressful that it took so long to order. Well, I guess it's a timing issue. It's not the chef's fault. ●“Cooked Meat Set Meal” ¥800 Comes with Small dish, soy sauce, and soup. This is not a pickle, it's a pickle that I don't like. Days like this are stressful. Double-pot meat is great with lots of meat and cabbage ingredients. I wish it had more spiciness, but it's delicious. The rice goes smoothly. The pork belly is soaked in oil and coated with kokoromo. I actually prefer pork belly as it is, but this one is carefully made so I have no complaints. It's nice to have a lot of side dishes. Being able to fill your stomach with side dishes rather than the amount of rice increases your likability. Thank you for the meal. All the staff were native speakers, but the food was not authentic. If we don't clarify our main products, the lunch battle in the Hongo area will be tough. I want you to show me your seriousness. I think the mainstay, the seriousness, is the tonkotsu Ramen.
