上野駅から徒歩10分ぐらいのところにあるお店。お昼前にやってきた。先客は5割ほどで年配の方多め。
店内は2人掛け、4人掛けは見えた。かなり広めで音楽流れる。
注文したのは
ポークカツレツライス付き2330円。（税込）
良かった感想は
接客はとても丁寧で目配りも良く感じた。
カツレツはかなり厚めにあり、衣もサクッと多めにある。肉自体はパサついてなく食感が良く感じた。
そこに酸味が効いたデミグラスがかかる。このソースが濃厚かつ、うまいこと肉の脂のくどさを飛ばしていて良く感じた。
ご飯は輝き良い硬さ。
キャベツもパサついてなくオリジナルのドレが良く感じた。
全体的にさすが歴史があって良いお店だなと感じた。
思ったマイナス点は
店内広いのだがけっこう混みやすいように感じた。
ごちそうさまでした。
