上野での用事を済ませて昇龍へ
開店20分前の11時頃到着
既に2組が並んでいました
開店直前は40人の行列で相変わらずの人気店
オーダーは
海老チャーハン @1050円
餃子4個 @530円
20分くらいでそれぞれの料理が到着
餃子のサイズはかつてない大きさです
箸を掴むのもやっとの状態
小皿が大きいのも頷けます
自作した定規で測ったところ全長8センチ笑
味は肉と野菜が半々といったところ
にんにくの香りはしません
食べ応え十分のサイズ感
海老チャーハンも美味しい
プリプリの海老がたくさん載せられて塩加減もちょうど良いです。
餃子と食べても味の濃さは感じられませんでした
人気店だけあってお客さんの捌き方もスムーズで最後まで美味しく頂きました
