東京都美術館にてウスター美術館展を見た帰り道。
この日の夕食はオムライスの気分だったので、上野広小路にある洋食屋「厳選洋食さくらい」に伺いました。
休日ともなると行列する店ですが、平日の夜でL.O近くであれば直ぐに入れるだろうとの目論見。
アクセスは上野広小路を出てすぐ、カスタムビルの7F/8Fが店舗になります。
因みに階下にはお水系の店があり金曜の夜ということで、エレベーター待っている間に客引きされました（＾＾；
エレベーターにのって受付のある７Fへ。
L.O前の20:30の訪問にもかかわらず満席。
しかも1組が待ちでした。人気店は時間は関係ないですね。
待つこと10分ほどでカウンター席へ。早速オーダーを。
フライ、肉、スパゲティとある中で今回選んだのは食べてみたかったオムライス。
そして、季節のカキフライ、さくらい特製のレモンサワーをオーダー。
なお、各品はハーフサイズにすることも可能なので、1度で複数味わいたい方に有難いシステムですね。
待つこと暫しで提供されました。
■牡蠣フライ（2個1326円）
添え付けはタルタルソースとウスターソース
揚げたてでアツアツ、サクサクな衣に大ぶりなカキ。
ジューシー、かつ旨味がたっぷりで美味しい。
■オムライス（デミグラスソース）（1650円）
ソースはデミグラスとケチャップから選れべますが、デミグラスソースにしました。
包んでいる卵はふわとろ。中のチキンライスは塩気抑えめで、濃厚なデミグラスソースに良く合います。
レギュラーサイズでしたが、あっという間に完食。
■特製塩レモンサワー（1200円）
酸っぱ過ぎず、塩気も強すぎす、どちらもバランスがとれたサワー。
皆さんおっしゃる通り値段高めではありますが、目当てのオムライスを食べることが出来て満足でした。
早速、家でもオムライスのフワトロ感に挑戦したくなったので、オムレツ用のフライパン買いました（＾＾）
