特濃ごまだれせいろ蕎麦 1,000円
今日は湯島でイタリアンランチを予定していましたが、急きょ秋葉原でタンシチューをテイクアウトしたので、事務所そばの蕎麦屋でランチをいただくことにします。
こちらはサラリーマンの懐には価格帯が高め、今までずっと気になっていながら見送ってきたこちらに行ってみましょう。
11時54分入店、先客5人、後客3人。
色々食べたいメニューがありますが、一番すみっこに「ごまだれせいろ蕎麦」の文字が。
ごまだれがめっちゃ好きなわたし、このメニューにロックオン。
注文して5分程度で提供です。
出てきたのは、たっぷりごまだれに、せいろが2枚。
蕎麦には、白胡麻が散りばめられています。
お蕎麦は、せいろ1枚と思っていたら2枚出てきたので、値段お高めのイメージからリーズナブル感に変わりました。(^^ゞ
蕎麦は乱切り、短めなので食べやすい。
まずは何も付けずに蕎麦を一口、蕎麦の風味がよく、歯応えもしっかりしていてのど越しもいい。
最初から、ごまだれをたっぷりつけて食べてたら、ごまだれが足りなくなってしまった～(^^ゞ
蕎麦湯をちょっとだけ入れて、蕎麦湯を味わい、完食です。
