手打ち蕎麦 吉仙 御徒町
買い物ついでに手打ち蕎麦に惹かれてお邪魔。
暑いから冷たいはいいねぇ。
単品もあるけど、2色盛3色盛とあり、2色は柚子・せいろ・田舎から選べるので、せいろと田舎で注文。
2色盛 1200円
最初にせいろが出され、頃合い見計らって田舎を出してくざさる心遣いは大変有難い。
せいろは細めで喉越しよい、香りは余り強くなく、蕎麦の甘みはない。
田舎は太打ちで細めのうどんくらい。
少々噛みながらすすってゆくが、田舎らしい野生味がない。
どちらも不味くはないけれど、蕎麦の風味や香りや醍醐味、蕎麦らしさが薄い。
個々のボリュームも多くはない。
汁は甘めのかえしで江戸前な感じ。
せいろ、田舎、どちらも同じ。
醤油が前面でキリッとした最近の蕎麦屋のものとは違う。
これはこれで悪くない、場所柄懐かしき味もよいと思う。
メニューは呑みのあてが多く「魚居酒屋」状態だけど、結構強気な価格設定。
燃費悪いあたくしが本気で飲み食いしたら、万じゃ止まらないかも。
ただ、少々拘りが伺えるので機会があれば呑みでお邪魔してみたい、日本酒もそこそこあるようだし。
ホールスタッフは愛想よく機敏な対応だけど、客席のクリアファイル（メニュー）で自分を扇ぐのは止めて頂戴。
エアコン効いてても動けば暑いの分かるけどね。
