A soba restaurant located in the basement of a building along Showa Dori, right next to Nakaokachimachi Station. It looks like it has a nice atmosphere, and I've been visiting there for a while, but this is my first visit. I looked at the menu sign outside and saw that the prices for the duck steamer and other items were too aggressive for me, so I entered the restaurant with some ``preparation.'' Go down the stairs and enter the underground store. I wouldn't say it was full, but there were quite a few people, couples, families, groups of people, and couples, and I was the only one there. You will be shown to the table closest to the entrance. The shop is a high-class soba restaurant and is beautifully built, but the interior design is "..." from my point of view as an expert. Now, order. I thought I was prepared for the menu sign outside, but it was more expensive than I expected. First of all, the promised beer is expensive. Well, it's here, so let's have some fun. First, bottled beer. The brand is Sapporo Black Label. At least it's a relief. For the knob, I'd like Tempura, as you would expect from a soba restaurant, but I'd like ``conger eel tempura.'' Bottled beer will be delivered quickly. Otooshi is a ``chawanmushi''-like item in Small dish. I thought it would be bad if my natural enemy, shrimp, was in there...I thought it was bad manners, but when I brought my nose close to it, there was no sign of my natural enemy. It has kamaboko, shiitake mushrooms, and chicken for an elegant taste. As expected, it is a high class chic. And Tempura will also be served. In addition to conger eel, eggplant and sweet potato are also fried. I love eggplant Tempura, but what about sweet potatoes in alcohol? I think. Still, it was delicious. The principal image of conger eel. Hmm, the meat is not very thick. Did it shrink after being fried? . The taste of the conger eel was good, and the fried texture was just as good as expected, so it was a pity that the conger eel was so thin. Here, replace the alcohol with a highball. Then, I decided not to stay too long and decided to finish it off with one highball, but before that I ordered some raw oysters. Two large Oyster in the shell. Served with grated maple leaves, ponzu sauce, and lemon. This is delicious. is. I think I could easily eat five, not two. If you look at the leanness of the conger eel, you can tell that the dish is delicious. However, even though the food can't be helped, the alcohol prices are high, making it a difficult place for me, a bimbo person. It's delicious, but it's hard to come back.
