A soba restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Japanese Japanese-style meal and sake
I went to Kissen, a soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), which is a 3-minute walk from Okachimachi towards Naka-Okachimachi. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a pleasant greeting by the staff, which naturally made me smile. Let's save the famous soba for the end and toast with beer first. With its fine, creamy foam, I was convinced that the quality of the product was high. The items I ordered were gari-maki yellowfin tuna, sake-steamed clams, potato salad, and grilled duck with Kujo green onions. Each one was carefully prepared and each one was delicious. In particular, the grilled duck with Kujo green onions was extremely delicious, with the flavor of the fatty duck matching the aroma of the heaping amount of Kujo green onions. He recommended some good Japanese sake, so I ordered a ``fruity one.'' The drink I received was called Hanaabi. It was the fruitiest and most pleasant sake I've ever had, and the aftertaste was refreshing and easy to drink. After that, I changed my mood with a dry Juyondai and enjoyed it with the food. And, to finish off, there was a tricolor assortment of grilled duck bamboo shoots. There were three types of soba: regular soba, yuzu-infused soba, and thicker inaka soba, and it was really fun to share these with my companion. My favorite was Inaka Soba. The texture was pleasant. After all, it's a soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so the soba was exquisite. The food and drinks are delicious, so it would be a good place for casual dinners or adult banquets. Thank you for the meal. I'll bother you again.

I visited the restaurant the day before and found it delicious and the customer service was great, so I came back 5 days later. On this day, I was having a drinking party with my seniors, and I just wanted to introduce them to them, so I decided on this restaurant. When I told my seniors about it, they responded positively, saying, ``I like the soba restaurant.'' This time we had an assortment of sashimi and seasonal vegetable Tempura. This may not be unusual for a restaurant of this class, but the sashimi was extremely fresh and delicious. Tempura was also crispy and of a high standard. I was there with two people, but it was nice that they served it to each person separately. Even if you use it at a dinner party, you won't have to worry about anything unnecessary. My senior was also very satisfied and said, ``I want to go again.'' Thank you for the meal. I'll bother you again.
