ビーフデラックスカレー(¥2,000)辛口
野菜のトッピング(¥300)
ビーフの角切りと薄切り肉の組み合わせが楽しめるビーフデラックスカレーを注文。ビーフデラックスカレーはサラダが無料で付いてます。サラダSが単品で¥350するので、それを引けば実質¥1,650です。
ビーフカレーは辛口が好きなので辛口を注文。カレーの色からデリーのカシミールや、ザカリのビーフカレーくらいの辛さを想像してましたが、それに比べると、実際は全く辛くはありませんでした。見た目通り、シャバシャバ系ですので、感覚的には同系列です。最近流行りのスパイスカレーとは違い、歴史を感じる正統派のビーフカレー。もうちょっとガツンとくるスパイス感は強くてもいいかなと思いましたが、ガラムマサラ、カイエンペッパーで調整すると、ちょうどいい感じに。
福神漬けやアチャールもあって、味変が色々楽しめて嬉しいです。
野菜トッピングしましたが、野菜は野菜で美味しいのですが、カレーの味を純粋に楽しみたいなら、ない方がいいかなとも思いました。
デラックスはビーフ角切りと薄切りが両方頂けますが、これも角切りだけで良かったかなと思います。
店名と雰囲気から、もっとインドを全面に押し出すカレーかと思いきや、日本人に合わせた美味しいジャパニーズカレーでした。
