1928年創業の老舗有名店。
まさか予約なしで入れるとは。
カウンターに案内。注文はかき揚げが付いた天ぷら定食の寿を。ちょっと贅沢します。
・とりあえずビール。黒ラベル。お通しにホタルイカと山菜。
・お酒追加。
・キス。海老2尾。カリっとした天ぷら。塩と天つゆ半々くらいで。いきなり主役。美味い。
・山菜、若鮎、茄子、蓮根。若鮎はホント最高。良い時に来た。火の通り控えめな野菜を食べると衣のモコモコ感を感じる。
・インゲン。これ甘い。
・穴子。最高だ。モコモコした衣が良い。
・最後はかき揚げ。天丼と茶漬けを選べて天丼。ほぼ海老！しっかり味のかき揚げに白米。無茶苦茶良いな。
厨房バタバタで落ち着かない感じだが、凄く美味だった。ごま油に秘密がありそうだな。
