「ガラスのように艶やかで、美しい琥珀色の姿形がゆしま花月のかりんとうの特徴です。
外はカリッ、中はサクッとした独特の食感は、きめ細やかな生地作り、温度の違う油での三度揚げなど、職人による丁寧な作業の為せる業です。」

「黒ごまをつかった黒色のかりんとう。見た目の力強いイメージ、艶とは裏腹に一口頬張るとしっかりとした歯ごたえと共に、黒ごまの柔らかく優しい香りが口の中全体に広がります。」

「上質な国産きな粉をたっぷりと使用した金色のかりんとう。あまの一番のポイントは、きな粉ではなく生地にあります。生地に甘酒（米麹）を混ぜることによって膨らし粉の役割も果たしつつ、生地自体にほんのり上品な甘さを加えています。その上品な甘さが、きな粉の味を最大限に引き立て、幾重にも重なる味の広がりを生んでいます。」
