[b: ``Ganko'' was used as a popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that served slightly better Sushi Japanese-style meal. ] Of course, I've used it at several restaurant in Osaka, but the most memorable one is the store in Kawaramachi Sanjo, Kyoto. There are times when we drank at the long counter on the first floor, and we also spent a lot of time drinking together in the tatami room on the upper floor. I have fond memories of treating my teacher to alcohol soon after I became an adult. After finishing our drinks, we descended from the west end of Sanjo Ohashi Bridge to the riverbed of the Kamogawa River and sobered up in the pleasant river breeze. There was such a "flow". This is a bright and slightly upscale Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that is not Osho/Mama, nor Murasaki/Yoronotaki. That's the image. It has already been 60 years since our founding, and I feel like we have been together for 40 of those years. Well, this store is on the 6th floor of a building next to ABAB on Chuo-dori in Ueno, Tokyo. When the elevator opens on this floor, there is a row of geta boxes in front of you. I sat at the horigotatsu-style counter seat. "[b: Tuna Nigiri Zen]" (2,838 yen) + "[b: Set Udon]" (330 yen) - As shown in the photo. The picture looked like red bluefin tuna, medium fatty tuna, large fatty tuna, and tekkamaki, but it all felt like fatty tuna. On the a la carte menu, there was also a label that said "toro" between medium and large fatty tuna, so it might have been that. In terms of level, it is at the upper middle level. It was quite delicious. The meal comes with Tempura, chawanmushi, and red soup stock, but I changed the red soup stock to udon noodles for an additional 330 yen. It's kitsune udon. Hannari kelp soup stock, delicious. In terms of the lineup, Tempura udon will naturally start in the middle. The chawanmushi was something like sesame tofu. Overall, I was satisfied with the amount and texture of the tuna Sushi for this meal. Also, there is a sense of familiarity and nostalgia, which leads to a somewhat high rating.
