日曜日祝日16:05頃訪問。
店外に8人待ち。
家族連れが半分。
25分後に入店。
・チャーハン 750円
・餃子 590円
計1,340円
店内は昭和感のある空間。
カウンター席には衝立あり。
注文後、数分でチャーハン到着。
しっとりで丁度いい塩加減。
焼豚もしっかり味がついている。
あっという間に完食。
餃子は8分ほど遅れて到着。
焼き目はパリパリ。皮はモッチリ。
餡は細かく刻まれている。
肉汁は溢れ出る感じではない。
野菜の甘みがより感じられる。
アツアツで最後まで美味しく食べられた。
中華スープもいい塩加減、旨みだった。
退店時も10人ほど並んでいた。
どちらも美味しかった。
