焼鳥重は日南鶏を使っているそうです。
見た目も美味しそうにキレイに盛り込まれてます。
皮目は炭焼きの香ばしい香りがします。
胸肉なのでちょっとパサついてるかな？
ピーマンの肉詰め風のつくねは旨し❗️
タレはわりと軽めです。
備えの粗挽きの唐辛子が旨いですね。
