法事の後の会食で伺う。
毎年のことでこれで三度目。
親戚との年に一度の歓談は、気遣いもあり盛り上がるまでに時間がかかるものですが、そこに拍車をかけてくれるのが素晴らしい料理の数々。特に口下手な東北人には欠かせない食事の一つ。
毎年年を重ねて食が細くなる両親ですが、このの鰻は毎年ペロリと完食。健康状態を知るバロメーターにもなっている。
