何十年も前に１時間半ほど並んで食べた中野本店での１杯には衝撃を受けたものでした(@@)
時は流れあちこちに支店が乱立し、正直、、、なお店も少なくない中、何度かリピしているこちらのお店
平日昼過ぎに訪問
さすがに並びなどはなく店内に入口右にある券売機にて特製中華そば1080円をポチッてカウンター席へ着席
ほどなく着丼
この麺面、スープの色、青葉ですね～(⌒▽⌒)
まずはスープ、、、美味い(⌒▽⌒)！
この動物系と魚介系のダブルスープのバランスたるや、THE青葉といったスープ
アッサリながらコク深く、塩分濃度も過不足無しの絶妙なバランス感が秀逸
今更ダブルスープ？みたいな方もいらっしゃると思いますし、自分的にもあちこちで提供され尽くしていたダブルスープには食傷気味でしたが、あらためてこのスープを飲んでみると、このバランス感を携えた１杯を超える物に出会っていない様な気がします
麺は中細麺で小麦の風味があり啜り心地がツルリとしていてとても心地良く啜れます(´～｀)ﾓｸﾞﾓｸﾞ
トッピングはチャーシュー３枚、メンマ、味玉、海苔、ナルト、刻みネギ
特製というわりに派手さ（華やかさ）はさほど無いものの今日日特製で1080円という価格を考えたらむしろ有り難いレベルでコスパ◎
途中、無料で頂ける自家製ゆず唐辛子を投入
これまたゆず風味とピリ辛加減がこのダブルスープにアクセントを付ける役割となり最高の味変薬味なので是非
最後まで美味しく頂き完食完飲
こちらの御徒町店さんはトータルで安定感があり、あの中野本店とほぼ遜色ない１杯を頂ける
曜日関係なく通し営業で定休日がないのも有り難い オススメ(⌒▽⌒)！！
