6人でうかがい、ロースと霜降りと、それぞれ3人前ずつのオーダーで、両方楽しみました。
質の良い2種類のお肉と、豆腐やネギ、春菊など、中居さんが調理してくれます。
シメの雑炊が少しかわっていて、好みがわかれるかもしれません。煮込まない雑炊というか、残った割下にご飯投入、そこにさらに溶き卵を投入して蓋。卵にけっこう火が入った状態で完成。写真を参照してください。
帰りがけには女将から切り火をしてもらい、帰路につきました。
素材の質、お料理、サービス、全て老舗の安定感があり、美味しく楽しい時間を過ごしました。
