ランチ検索してチェックしていたお店です。
穴子が大好きな者としては、もっと早くに伺いたかったのですが…。
穴子のある 江戸っ子天丼 1300円をオーダー。
すると、
『値上げしたのですが、ご存知ですか？』と…。
初めて来たので…と答えたところ、
『そうですか。』で終わってしまいました…。
ちょっと気になってしまい、お料理が来るまでの間、食べログを見返してみました。
なるほど、以前は950円だったのですね。
物価高騰だけでなく、相席禁止をしていたりするので諸々とこのような値上げ幅になったのでしょうか…。
待つこと10分以上…。
壁には、穴子刺身の写真が貼ってありました。
また、会社の上司から聞いたのですが、
いつかは解りませんけど、店内改装をテレビ番組『ビフォーアフター』でしたらしいです。
剥き出しになった耐震補強の梁がお洒落でした。
お店の外の雰囲気と店内の雰囲気が違うのでそういった点も楽しめました。
テイクアウト利用の方も居るし、店外で順番待ちしているお客さん達もいらっしゃる。
待ち時間無しで入れたのはラッキーだったと
お料理を待つ時間に思った次第です。
さて、お料理がやってまいりました。
まず、目に付いたものを食べてみるとイカでした！
サクッとした衣に、程良い甘さのタレが絡まっていて美味しい！
穴子に期待が持てます(笑)
一口食べて、思わず 美味しい
って声に出ちゃいました。
ふわっふわの穴子で本当に美味しいんです。
値上げしたとしても、この穴子目当てに食べにきたくなります。
他にナス、カボチャ、エビ、春菊が載っていました。
油でモタれる覚悟で食べていましたが、以外とモタれずに済んだのも驚きです。
唯一残念だったのは、春菊。
油の味のみで、春菊特有の苦みや香りが無く、残してしまいました。
アツアツのお味噌汁に、2種類の香の物が有るのは、
揚げ物の口直しに丁度良いです。
出来れば、穴子だけで食べたいですね。
値上げ前は、限定5食の穴子丼なるものがあったようですが、今回私が見たメニューには穴子丼は見当たりませんでした。
ぜひ食べてみたいので、どこかのタイミングで復活して欲しいメニューです。
