友人達と数人で訪問。
店員は手慣れていない感じがしたが
対応自体は悪くなかった。
飲み物のメニューは少なめ。
肝心の肉についてだが、そんな深い時間ではなかったにも関わらず
オススメメニューはことごとく品切れだった。
そんななか盛り合わせやら単品やらで相当数頼んだが
とにかく共通していることは味付け、特に塩味があまりに濃すぎる。
レバテキから始まり各種焼き物までとにかくほとんど例外なし。
覚えている限りでは例外は酢味噌系だけ。
塩だれのもの味噌だれのものもとにかくしょっぱい。
肉に味がついていないものを頼んでもつけだれが異常にしょっぱい。
肉の質を売りにしてせっかく悪くない肉を使っているのに
これではあんまりだと感じた。
再訪はきついかな。
