開店時間を待たずに突入。
先ず復活を祝ってビールで乾杯。
マイスタンダードで8種盛り、茹でタン、タン刺しは無くて、白センマイ刺しを注文、ワクワクが止まらん。
お通しのテールスープと焼野菜を頂きつつ、2杯目はレモンサワーのBIGジョッキ。
今日はとにかく嬉しくて仕方ない。
最初に白センマイ刺し、コリコリで胡麻油がきいた味付けも旨い。
次は茹でタン、1人1つだがツレの分も食べたい。
暫く待ってメインの8種盛り。
うんちく無しで頂く、外れ無しで更に4種盛りまで追加。
たくさん食べて、たくさん飲んで上機嫌でまた来ます。
