会社の先輩と2人で来店。
湯島はいろいろ良いお店がありますが、洋風な感じなお店は初めて。ビストロとは言ってますが、高知県の食材が使われている日本人の舌に合うように味付けされていると感じました。
料理はどれも美味しかったです。欲を言えば、「四万十ポークの炭火焼き」はもう少し味をつけてもらっても良かったかもです。量は3-4人分なので、2人だとそんなに数を注文できないのが残念です。
・グラッソサラダ(カツオタタキが入っています)
・鮮魚のカルパッチョ(鯛)
・はちきん地鶏のレバーパテ
・四万十ポークの炭火焼き
飲み物は、ビールで乾杯の後は赤ワインをボトルで注文しました。
銘柄は忘れましたが、3800円のオーストラリアの赤ワインが絶品でした。
仕上げにグラッパをいただきました。
次回は、4人ぐらい来店したいです。
