台湾在住時代に、よく飲んだ仲間たちで年に何回か集まります。
コロナ以降久しぶりの会合。8名。
お店は、やっぱり新竹で意見が一致。
理由は、何といっても美味しいから、
そして、本場の味が満喫できるから。
御徒町の裏路地。
駅にそれほど近いわけではないですが、
今日も、8時過ぎには満席で、
みんな、ワイワイガヤガヤ、料理とお酒が進んでます。
頂いたものは、
・蒜泥白肉（スワンニーバイロウ）
・紅焼牛肉（ホンシャオニュウロウ）
・菜脯蛋（ツァイポーダン）
・蕃茄炒蛋（ファンチェチャオダン）
・蚵仔煎（オーアージェン）
・蘿蔔糕（ローポーガオ）
・Ａ菜炒め
・米粉（ビーフン）
・魯肉飯
などなど、食べたいものいっぱいいただきました。
どれも本場の味で、たまらなく美味しいです。
やはり、ビーフン。
台湾の中でもビーフンは新竹が名物。
ビーフンと、絶妙な味付けにお腹いっぱいのはずが、ついつい食べてしまいます。
そして、スワンニーバイロウは、マジ絶品。
このタレが、たまりません。
飲みすぎてしまいました‥
