I visited after 6pm on a Saturday in December 2021. AGIO Italian Dining Ueno branch is located about a 2-minute walk from Okachimachi Station. There were two customers in the reasonably sized store. Two people sit at a table. First, quench your thirst with Ebisu Beer Draft (¥550). Good size. Otoshi is boiled vegetables. Strongly salty. I would be happy if the size was a little easier to eat. Ayari chose something that she could snack on rather than a big meal. Smoked red sea bream marinated in oil ¥800: A dish topped with plenty of chopped green onions and drizzled with olive oil. A dish similar to Japanese-style meal. The texture of red sea bream is pleasant. There's no smell, so it's perfect for drinking beer. Grilled Toro Cow tongue Tongue ¥800: This is also Cow tongue topped with plenty of green onions. Cow tongue has a bit of a taste, but considering the price, it may be unavoidable. It's a shame that it doesn't break out of its homely quality. Foie gras omelet ¥850: Foie gras omelet with a slightly rare flavor. There is a small amount of foie gras in the omelet seasoned with ketchup, but I don't really feel its presence. Enjoy by switching from beer to “Ai Akane (Decanter)” ¥2,500. The pleasant acidity of Muscat Bailey A is really good. Spicy Potato ¥500: Sprinkled with plenty of black pepper, the spicy potato is perfect as a snack. It also goes well with red wine. It's delicious even if you eat it junk with ketchup. The quality of the food is not that high. You could say it's Italian Cuisine Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), including the atmosphere of the restaurant. It's a good restaurant for casual dining, but it might be a little different for eating delicious Italian Cuisine food.
