春日通り1本裏手の東家商会館1階にある
ちゃんこ鍋居酒屋です。
プレミアムパスポート上野 Vol.1(09/17～12/16) 第5回です。
店内は
ダークブラウンの木目を基調としたカジュアルな雰囲気です。
入って
正面にテーブル18席、
最奥にお座敷20席、
の合計40席で小じんまりしています。
訪問時
先客は3組6名でした。
その後、お客の入店はなく、
比較的空いていました。
客層は男性5割、女性5割です。

ドロッとしたシチューのバゲット添えです。
さまざまな野菜を磨り潰したようなドロッとした食感で、
濃厚な旨みで意外にとても美味しいです。
海鮮寄せ鍋ちゃんこは
スープ、大根、人参が入った鍋に、
キャベツ、白菜、油揚げ、椎茸、きのこ、ニラ、豚バラ肉、つみれを盛った丼ぶり、
タラ、蟹、蛤、海老を盛った丼ぶりが提供されます。
鍋に火を付け、沸騰した段階で、
女性スタッフが具材を鍋に投入して行き、
全ての具材に火が入り食べ頃状態になった段階で
火を弱めて提供されます。
野菜、肉、海鮮の具材がちゃんこ状態で
海老は小さく貧弱なものでしたが、
他は食べ応えがあって美味しいです。
