今日もお昼はウナギ。東上野のかねいちさんにお邪魔しました。
神保町のかねいちさんは、こちらの暖簾分けだそうです。
特上、3900円を頂きました。
3900円でこの大きさはなかなかCPが良いと思います。個人的にはもうちょっとだけ蒸しが強めのほうが好きですが、蒸し、焼きのバランスは取れていると思います。
ほんの少しだけ泥臭い感じもしましたが、このお値段でこれだけの鰻が食べられるなら大満足です。
タレは少ししょっぱいです。漬物も美味しい。
繊細さはなく、大衆鰻屋さんという感じですが、普段使いにオススメな良い店だと思います。
