東上野の鰻屋です。
上野駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所にあります。
庶民的な店構えで、店内もこぢんまりとしたつくりです。
メニューを見ると値段も庶民的。
上うな重（税込3200円）にしました。
蒸したり焼いたりする様子が見えます。
鰻を焼くいい匂いが漂ってきますね〜♪
13分ほどで配膳。
ひとくち食べてみると、かなり醤油が強いですね。
辛口のタレです。
一方で肝吸いは薄口。
もうちょっと塩を効かせた方がよいですね。
鰻自体はふっくらしていて臭みもなくておいしいですが、タレにもう少し甘さがあればですね。
