ポモドーロモッツァレラ 930円
今日は御徒町でランチをいただきます。
最近オープンしたうな丼を提供しているお店に行ってみる、今日はオープン時の格安価格は終了。
しかもテイクアウトのみということで、こちらは見送り。
気を取り直し、春日通りをちょっと入ったところにあるイタリアン料理店にロックオン。
11時46分、3人で入店です。
1,000円以内でいただける、パスタセット（サラダ＆パン）930円からチョイス。
・博多明太子と生スルメイカ、大葉
・桜海老のズッキーニ、水菜のペペロンチーノ
・ポモドーロモッツァレラ（モッツァレラとバジルのトマトソース）
・生ハムとパプリカ、玉ネギのトマトソース
・小海老とブロッコリーのトマトクリームソース
チーズものに弱いので、ポモドーロモッツァレラ（モッツァレラとバジルのトマトソース）を迷わずオーダー。
注文してすぐにサラダが出てきましたので、食べながら待つ事に。
するとパンが出てきましたが、パスタと食べたいと思っていましたので、しばらく待ちましょう。
注文して、9分程度で提供です。
麺は細めのアルデンテ、歯ごたえが心地いい。
モッツァレラチーズが固まるようにしてトッピング、しっかり散りばめられていると、もう少し見た目華やかだったかもしれませんね。
パスタの見た目は、ちょっと寂しい感じは否めません。
出てきたパンは、ローズマリーのフォカッチャ。
フォカッチャは、もうちょっとモチモチで油っぽい感じを想像していましたが、出てきたパンは自分がイメージしていたそれとはちょっと違っていました。
パスタはちょっと軽め、小食のわたしにはバッチグー。(^^)ｂ
