ゴーヤチャンプルー定食 950円
(白米、ミニ八重山そば)（税込）
ランチ営業は毎週水曜・木曜日
のみ。ランチ営業日には外に幟
が出て覗くといつも混んでいる
ので、かなり人気があるのだと。
ずーーっと気にはなっていたの
ですが～ﾗﾝﾁﾒﾆｭｰを見てみると､
定食には、必ず八重山そばが...
ミニが、どのくらいのサイズか
は分かりませんが、絶対に多い
のではないかと躊躇してしまい、
なかなか。でも急に暑くなって
あぁ～沖縄、行きたいなぁ～と。
で。思い切って初訪問。現在、
扉は開けたまま。外に手洗いの
徹底のお願いが。一応、消毒液
も置いてはあるのですが～来店
時と、お帰りの際などに手洗い
専用の場所を利用して下さい。
と。入店して、まずソチラへ。
その後、カウンターへ。椅子は
現在４脚。お隣とは、ちゃんと
離れています。ピッチャーと
グラスが置いてある場所があり
勝手にセルフだと思って取りに
行ってしまいましたが～後から
お店の方が用意して下さったの
で、本当はセルフではなかった
のかも。
ゴーヤチャンプルーを食べたい
と思っていたのですが、引っ掛
かっていた八重山そば。多いと
思うんですけど。と、お伝えし
てみると～大丈夫ですよ。と。
ミニ八重山そばは御味噌汁代わ
りになる位の量。おそばの量は
1/6玉くらいだそうで。安心し
ました。ま。ご飯は少なめで。
５分位で配膳。ｺﾞｰﾔﾁｬﾝﾌﾟﾙｰと
ﾐﾆ八重山そばの他に、もずくの
天ぷらと塩ちんすこうも付いて
います。チャンプルーの上には
削り節。具は豆腐､もやし､人参､
たまご。そして勿論、ｼｬｷｼｬｷの
ゴーヤが、たっぷり。美味しい
です♡
八重山そばも美味しいのですが、
もずくの天ぷらは結構、厚みが
あって外はカリッと中はもっち
り。この食感が何とも♡お好み
で、お塩をつけて下さい。との
事でしたので、少しお塩に付け
て。美味しいんですけど、全体
的に少々、塩分多めに感じます。
食後に塩ちんすこう。サクサク♪
美味しいデスネ♡良いお天気で
気持ち良くて～扉が開いていて
自然の風を感じながらコチラで
ぼーーっとしていると、まるで
本当に沖縄のお店にいるみたい。
一度、訪問してしまえばね♪♪
