I went to this place near Ueno Station to soak up the Okinawan atmosphere with my usual friends♪ There were several large table seats in the back where there was a counter and table seats, and I was guided to one of them. ☆Course (4800 yen) First, let's toast with Orion beer! Orion makes you feel like you're in Okinawa ♪ ・Sea grape salad The chewy texture and scent of the ocean are so delicious (ﾟдﾟ) ・Ishigaki beef roast beef Soft and firm meat Melt-in-the-mouth delicious roast beef ♪ 2 bottles of Orion beer per person That's it, next is Awamori! They served me a bottle of Seifuku as is, so I diluted it with Sanpin tea (^^ It's delicious~ ・Mozuku tempura sprinkled with seaweed Tempura from Ishigaki Island, crunchy and delicious♪ ・Bitter gourd champuru, a staple of Okinawan Cuisine, bitter bitter gourd Spam with gentle tofu and egg. Delicious whenever you eat it! ・Rafute The fatty braised meat is soft and delicious. Eat the egg with care. ・Imo Croquette with red sweet potatoes. Delicious. ・A perfect way to finish off Okinawa Soba. Here it is! The bonito-based soup and the soft soba noodles will fill your stomach (^^ Of course, I'll also try the Koregusu Modoba Doba. All of the dishes were home-cooked, but carefully made, and very delicious. I'm thankful that the plates are prepared for each person so I don't have to worry about it.In the end, I received Chinsukou as a souvenir and I'm very satisfied (^^ I would love to visit again♪
