JR上野駅入谷口を出て右手徒歩約１分の通り沿いにある中華料理レストラン「恵園」。
3月下旬の夜に初めて訪れました。
店内はテーブル席が全36席の広さ。私は4人掛けテーブル席へと案内されました。
先ずは卓上のメニューを拝見。
この日はガッツリお酒を呑もうと紹興酒ボトル「蘭亭(5年)」(2600円)を注文。
ロックでいただく事にしました。
料理は
「ピータン豆腐」(480円)
「大春雨辛味和え」(860円)
を注文です。
「ピータン豆腐」は思いのほかピータンの量が少ない感じでしたが、
豆腐の量はたっぷりで食べ応えありました。お味はピータンの臭味は無く美味。
豆腐たっぷりなので、さっぱりとした後味で紹興酒にも合いました。
「大春雨辛味和え」はきしめんのような平べったく大きな春雨で面白いですね。
「辛味和え」という事で、お店のメニューの中で一番辛い唐辛子マーク2本でしたが、
辛い味が好きな自分は「更に辛くして」とお願いしました。いただいてみると
自分的には激辛手前くらいでオリジナルの味も堪能するのに程良いピリ辛さでした。
およそ1時間でボトル1本空けてこの日はお勘定しました。
