久しぶりに東京へ帰り、昔の会社の先輩と食事。
昔から御徒町で良く飲んでますが、この店は二人とも初訪問。
師走だからでしょうか、予約済のテーブルを含めて満席。人気のようです。
刺身盛り合わせ（二人前）が3,800円とかなり攻めた値段設定。これは美味いだろと思い注文。
このクオリティでこの値段は無し。個人的感想。
その他に注文した、蛸の唐揚げ、地鶏唐揚げ、鴨の燻製は納得。
やはり蕎麦屋ですからね、締めで鴨せいろをいただきました。鴨は火を通すと旨みが増しますね。鴨自体美味いし、鴨のつけ汁も最高。
久しぶりに東京の濃い蕎麦つゆを味わって、やっぱりこれだよなと思うのは、関東の人間が持つDNAのせいなのでしょう。
