本陣坊にゆかりのある蕎麦屋
蕎麦も天丼も丁寧な仕事ぶりで美味しい
注文内容：
海老と野菜天丼 せいろもりのセット 1100円
料理・ドリンクの評価：
もり蕎麦：淡い薄茶色の細目の蕎麦で、僅かに星も確認できる。
蕎麦を手繰ると、温度は丁度良いものの、香りは程々であろうか。程好い弾力で歯切れも良く、喉越しが楽しめる。
蕎麦つゆ：辛味があるつゆだが、非常に円やか。カエシと出汁のバランスも良く美味しい。徳利でたっぷり提供されるのも有難く、塩味の調整もしやすい。
薬味：本陣坊らしく、刻みネギ、大根おろし、山葵。
ネギは丁寧に仕込まれている。やや辛めの大根おろしでも楽しめるのは嬉しい。山葵は生山葵ではなさそうだが、甘さは感じられた。
蕎麦湯：釜湯のままの蕎麦湯でサラサラはしている。出汁が利いたこの蕎麦つゆは、蕎麦湯で割っても美味しい。
海老と野菜天丼：天種は海老、カボチャ、サツマイモ、茄子。
衣は比較的薄いが、適度に花を咲かせており、揚げた後に天丼のつゆに潜らせてご飯の上に盛られている。
火入れは比較的強めで、衣に片栗粉を少量混ぜているのか、硬めに仕上げられている。天丼のつゆに潜らせていても、カリッとした食感が残されていて良い。
海老は太くブリっとした食感が良好で旨く、野菜類も美味しい。
ご飯に関しては、粒が立っていて、炊き加減含めて自分の嗜好と合っていて美味しかった。
蕎麦と天丼のセットでこの価格帯は、とてもリーズナブルに感じられた。
店内・サービスなどの評価：
内装は落ち着いており、雰囲気がある。
清掃はテーブルなどはきちんとされていて、清潔感がある。
接客はとても丁寧で好感が持てた。
再訪：
蕎麦自体美味しく、変わり蕎麦も試しに、再訪したい。
