寒く冷たい雨降るランチタイム。
なんだか食欲もイマイチで体も心も重い。
これはカレーだな。
傘立てに傘を立て掛け、お店に入るとスパイスの香り。
お店の照明は暗め、
しかしそれが冷たい雨の中から入ってきた私には
ぼんやりとした暖かさに感じられる。
煌々と明るい店だったらその店のテンションに
置いてきぼりにされていたかも知れない。
オーダーを取りに来たお兄ちゃんの手には水とサラダが。
流石にオーダーより先にサラダ出てきたのは初めてだｗ
水道橋？飯田橋のスルターンは件のイベントで行きましたが
ここは初訪、お約束の羊系。
ラムカレーセットをオーダーです。
座った席からタンドリーがよく見えた。
器用に広げてぺたん。
奥の方ではカチャカチャとカレーを作る音。
見た目は地味だがいい香りのカレーと
焼きたてアッツアツのナン。
ナンは想像していたより軽くスルスルと食べてしまう。
カレーも辛目であと引く旨さだ。
食欲イマイチとか言ってた割にはナンのおかわりを発注。
器用に広げてぺたん。
体もなんだか温まってきた。
あっという間に柔らかなラム肉と2枚目のナンを腹に納める。
最後にサービスのホットチャイ。
体も温まって大変優雅なランチになりました。
