Reopened on March 24, 2009 as a raclette and delicious wine shop! On April 15, 2013, Yushima One's Raclette reopened as a cheese, vegetable, and wine shop! 2nd store Yushima Tenjin Raclette Grill NEW OPEN in October 2014! Raclette Co., Ltd. was established in January 2015. In 2017, a staff member who had worked for 3 years became independent and opened his own store. In 2020, a store manager who had worked for 10 years became independent and opened his own store. April 2022: Became an independent store manager. has returned to Ones as the president! Iriya Cheese Valley has also joined our sister store! |
どうしてもチーズ充したくなって、初めてお邪魔しました。スイス風チーズ料理とスイスワインが充実。この日は残念ながら新得の国産チーズがなかったので、フランス産のチーズのラクレットをオーダーしました。「削るところがみれるのはスイス産だけですが大丈夫ですか？」とのおことわりがつきましたが、別に写真とりに来たわけではないので全然オッケー！とそのまま注文。白ワインと一緒にもちもち、とろとろのチーズを楽しみました。
メニューには写真がついていましたが、いわゆるイメージ写真で、スタッフさんから「実際は付け合わせのポテトとかけっこう小さいです」とのおことわりもあり。実際、見たら具もチーズも本当に少なかった(女性がひとりで食べれるくらいの量です。ある意味偽りなし！笑)。たっぷり食べたい方は具もチーズも追加注文必須です。
見た目はこれ、たぶん「削ってるところが見れない」のではなく「もともと削ってない」タイプ！グリルか何かで予め切ったチーズを加熱して溶かして作る「ラクレット風」っぽいルックスです。たぶん「削ってるところが見れる」と言われたスイス産チーズのほうは、ちゃんと削ってくれると思うので、削ったふうのチーズがよかったら注文のとき「削ってるとこが見れるほうのチーズ」を選んだ方がいいのかもです。
メインはスイス風ハッシュドポテトと牛肉のクリーム煮。ポテトの歯応えが楽しいです！
お店のなかは、蝋燭？のような、セロファンが溶けたような？独特の匂いがしました。匂いが苦手な人と来店する際は気をつけてあげたほうがいいかも。
