Reopened on March 24, 2009 as a raclette and delicious wine shop! On April 15, 2013, Yushima One's Raclette reopened as a cheese, vegetable, and wine shop! 2nd store Yushima Tenjin Raclette Grill NEW OPEN in October 2014! Raclette Co., Ltd. was established in January 2015. In 2017, a staff member who had worked for 3 years became independent and opened his own store. In 2020, a store manager who had worked for 10 years became independent and opened his own store. April 2022: Became an independent store manager. has returned to Ones as the president! Iriya Cheese Valley has also joined our sister store! |
アルプスの少女ハイジの世界のように、ジャガイモやお肉にチーズをたっぷりかけてもらって食べられる店があると知り、迷わずランチに選択。
湯島駅から坂を少し上り路地を入った隠れ家的なところにお店がありました。
予約必須だから混んでるのかなと思いきや、店内貸切り。
準備があるから予約が必須のようでした。
気さくな店員さん2人が興味津々の我々にラクレットチーズについてしっかり説明してくれる。来て良かったと思える丁寧な対応でした。
毎月チーズの会もやっているらしく、絶対行ってみたいと思いました！
料理は至ってシンプルですが、じゃがいもにソーセージなどに世界の選べるラクレットチーズをたっぷりかけてくれます。添えてあるのはピクルス。
まさにハイジの世界を堪能いたしました。店員さんありがとう！必ずまた来ます。
