Reopened on March 24, 2009 as a raclette and delicious wine shop! On April 15, 2013, Yushima One's Raclette reopened as a cheese, vegetable, and wine shop! 2nd store Yushima Tenjin Raclette Grill NEW OPEN in October 2014! Raclette Co., Ltd. was established in January 2015. In 2017, a staff member who had worked for 3 years became independent and opened his own store. In 2020, a store manager who had worked for 10 years became independent and opened his own store. April 2022: Became an independent store manager. has returned to Ones as the president! On this day, I participated in a food walking event called ``Eating and Drinking Night'' that was being held in the Ueno area. If you wear a sticker that can be purchased for 400 yen and go to a store participating in the event, you can order recommended food and drinks for 1000 yen. It was around 10pm when I went to Yushima One's Raclette in Yushima, but it was full so I had to wait for a while. Since the time was also on time, a seat became available in about 5 minutes and I was guided into the store. As this is a shop that specializes in cheese, the inside of the shop has a strong cheese smell. Even though I like cheese, I find it very strong, so if you don't like cheese, you probably won't be able to handle it. In the first place, it's not a shop where people who don't like cheese would come. From the recommended menu that can be ordered for 1000 yen, choose raclette cheese and white wine. Additionally, I also order Italian burrata cheese and tomato caprese. When I tried it, it was delicious, but the cheese flavor was weak. Raclette cheese has a weak richness and flavor, and burrata cheese, although fresh, has a weak richness and a bland taste. This came as a surprise, as I was expecting the cheese served to be strong in flavor due to the mellow cheese aroma that wafted through the restaurant. The first time I ate raclette cheese was at ``Centre the Bakery,'' and the strong flavor left an impression on me, so I guess I was wrong in comparing it to there. I only ate two dishes, and there were other appealing options on the menu, so my impression might have been different if I had tried those. However, it was a shame that the raclette cheese, which bears the store's name, had a weak taste. Thank you for the meal.
