On April 15, 2013, Yushima One's Raclette reopened as a cheese, vegetable, and wine shop! 2nd store Yushima Tenjin Raclette Grill NEW OPEN in October 2014! Raclette Co., Ltd. was established in January 2015. In 2017, a staff member who had worked for 3 years became independent and opened his own store. In 2020, a store manager who had worked for 10 years became independent and opened his own store. April 2022: Became an independent store manager. has returned to Ones as the president! Iriya Cheese Valley has also joined our sister store! |
近くを通ったので10年ぶりにお伺いしてみた。
いつ来てもあやし〜雰囲気の湯島裏通りだが…
あれ？店舗内が改装されていて明るく綺麗な空間に変わっていた。 めっちゃオシャレじゃん！！
今宵はカウンター席をセレクト
おー！他にはないオシャレなラクレットマシンも未だ元気に活躍してる。この綺麗なマシンは一見の価値はある。
その時に入荷しているラクレットチーズの種類によってチーズメニューセレクトが変わります。
複数種類をオーダーして味変チャレンジ！
あまり同時に頼むと、食べている最中にチーズが固まるから欲張りすぎないようにね(^｡^)
今宵はラクレットチーズに合わせてスイスワインをセレクトしてみましたが、こいつがいい仕事するんです！
スイスワインって美味いから！（珍しいよね）
