都内のあちこちで見かける「加賀屋」さん。たまに「ニュー加賀屋」もあったりしてチェーン店なのかなくらいの認識でしたが、初めてコチラ上野店に入ってみたら思ったより良い感じ。
加賀屋の歴史を調べて見ると…石川県出身の木村忠夫氏が都内鮮魚店や焼鳥店での修業を経て1965年（昭和40年)に板橋に開業。その後、暖簾分けにより現在約50店舗程が東京中心に営業されているそうです。なるほど…いわゆるチェーン店やフランチャイズじゃないのね。失礼しました。
1番気に入ったのは写真撮り忘れた加賀屋名物「煮込み鍋」。味噌出汁にたっぷり豆腐が入っていて酒に合います。他のメニューも質量価格のバランスが良くハズレ無し。スペシャル感はないし綺麗なわけじゃ無いので誘う相手は選びますが、会社帰りにフラッと入るには丁度良い感じ。本郷本店に行ってみたくなりました。
