冷やしたぬきそば
某店に赴くも満席のため，どうするかなと歩いていたら小諸そばに遭遇。こちらのお店は未食でしたので入店して，冷やしたぬきを発券，370円。こちらは極小店舗のようで両側に席が並ぶ仕様で奥が注文，配膳です。食券と引き換えで受け取って空き席に。小諸そばはTGSの中では好きなお店だったのですが，近辺のTGSのレベルの高さには乗り遅れたようで，イマイチ感は否めないです。とはいえ，さっと入って，さっといただいて，時と場合によっては丼ものも付けたりとTGSの原点と思えばこれはこれでありというように思いました。ブログ記事から投稿しました。https://datte2.hatenablog.com/entry/2022/07/28/040000

実はうどんよりもそばの方が好みなこともあり，TGSではそばしか頼みませんが，そばは消化があまりよろしくないとのことでかけを発券してうどんで注文，340円。ゆがいて，出汁を入れて最後に柚子皮を散らして出来上がり。うどんは典型的なゆでうどん，円形断面でこしなくぬるんとした感じでぶつぶつ切れる。出汁は関西風で塩味も強くなく優しい感じ。ただ，出汁はもう少し多くしてほしいところ。まぁそば屋でこの値段のうどんならこんな感じかなというところ。ブログ記事から投稿しました。https://datte2.hatenablog.com/entry/2023/01/27/040000
