I visited after 7 p.m. on a holiday in July 2023. Located about a 1-minute walk from Suehirocho Station, the chain restaurant "Nakausa Akihabara Store" is a bowl and set meal restaurant. There were about 7 or 8 customers in the moderately sized store. The interior of the store is tired and somewhat gloomy. It seems that it would be better to renew the interior. Recently, Nakausa has been eating more seasonal menus and Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) than Gyudon (Beef bowl). At the ticket machine, select "Onion Salmon Bowl Chilled Udon (Small) & Tsukemono Set" ¥ 1,020. I ordered a set of Seafood rice bowls that I was interested in, but the price was over 1,000 yen, which was a surprising price. Sit alone at the counter and show your meal ticket. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the food is served. The onion salmon bowl with plenty of onions and chopped green onions is served with wasabi, mayonnaise, and ginger. It is served with chilled udon noodles and pickles. The onion salmon bowl is first sprinkled with mayonnaise and eaten with wasabi soy sauce. The quality of the salmon without the habit is so good that it is hard to believe that it is handled by a Gyudon (Beef bowl) chain store. It is exceptionally delicious when eaten with rice with onion mayonnaise. Chilled udon noodles that you can enjoy as a soup are a delicious cup of thin udon noodles combined with a dashi sauce. The richness of the tenkasu and the freshness of the chopped green onions are combined with a good coldness. The combination of salmon bowl and chilled udon noodles is the best match. If you cool the ginger and put it in the udon noodles, it will be refreshing and good. Enjoy udon noodle sauce while combining pickles with onion salmon bowls. The onion salmon bowl is moderately voluminous. The udon and pickle set was satisfying. I felt that the price was a little high. Perhaps because of its location, it was a store that was visited by many foreign tourists. It wasn't a very cozy restaurant, so it's better to use it on the premise of eating quickly and leaving.
