プッチンはこういう出会いを大切にしてます。アンテナ。
秋葉ヨドバシで増税前にお買い物。かっぱ橋で買いたい物もあるし、地下鉄やバスで移動するのも逆にめんどくさい。
一応東京から出たこと無い江戸っ子でございます(笑)
歩くよ～！
昭和通りを歩いてたら、おやまぁあそこが光って見える。蔵前通りの東側。お腹は空いてるよ。でも食べなくても良いよ。まだまだダイジョブ。
でも、中々この辺りには来ない。いつも葛西と職場の往復だい！(まぁ主婦リーマンだからね)
ここで食べよう！
という訳で光ってたこの辺にお店はいくつか。時間は14:30、営業中でしたので入店。
メニュー見て、黒酢豚に惹かれたのでオーダー。レモン水が置かれます。ただし氷はなく、大陸的温度。(今日は30度。)
丁度従業員さんのご飯タイムにぶつかった。ゴメンナサイ。調理の方だけ食べられない。シャカッジュー、カンカン、シャカッジュー、カンカン。。。。
来ました。待つこと５分。
黒酢豚。豚肉大きい。脂たっぷり。カリカリ&甘酢をまとう。かじりました。一つ一つが大きい。
玉ねぎ人参、ピーマンの素材も活かされてる。
小学校の給食の人参とは違う。湯通しされてる。
スープ、塩薄い。けど旨味あり。もずくかな？とかき玉。
麻婆豆腐は冷えてる。作りおき。けどスパイスバッチリ。花椒も効いてて、ちゃんと辛くてしびれる。めっちゃ美味しい。これがメインでも良いくらい。
杏仁豆腐らしきものは牛乳かんに近い。スパイスはやさしい。
ちゃんとした麻婆豆腐でした。煮込んで漬けてある。
皆さん家族経営のようです。従業員さんのランチタイムにかちあい申し訳ない。でも、皆さん楽しそうに食べてます。途中小学生の男の子が帰って来て、氷いりサイダー飲みつつ宿題やってました(あたしも冷たい水が飲みたい)。日本語よりは中国語の方がお得意な皆さんです。
